Loistopolku on nyt valmis. Aloitin tämän fyysisen tekemisen
18.2.2024 ja sain valokuvattua valmiin työn 31.8.2024. Tuona aikana käytin työn
tekemiseen 124 tuntia. Siihen ei ole laskettu suunnittelutyötä, josta on vähän
vaikea pitää kirjaa.
Beautiful Path is
now finished. I started physical work 18th February 2024 and I
photographed the final work 31st August 2024. During that time, I
spent 124 hours to make this piece. That doesn´t include the time I used to
design it.
Otin työstä kuvia myös luonnonhelmassa.
I also photographed
the work outdoors.
Mutta värit muuttuivat niin, että täysin harmaasta polusta
tuli sininen puro.
But the colors
changed so that the grey path became a blue creek.

areas needed several different thread colors.
Tässä alkuperäinen
valokuva. Otin sen itse jo pari vuotta sitten toukokuun lopussa juuri
kun kevät oli muuttumassa kesäksi. Oma tulkintani on kalpea jäljennös luonnon
taideteoksesta.
This is the
starting point photo. I took it myself a couple of years ago at the end of May
just when the spring was turning to summer here in Finland. My own interpretation
is just a humble replica of the masterpiece of the nature.
